Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Associate Attorney to join our growing immigration department. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

2–3+ years of experience practicing immigration law.
Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. state.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online legal research (Lexis Advance and related platforms).
Exceptional communication, research, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (read/write/speak).
1–3 years of experience in removal defense.

Primary Duties:

Provide legal advice and representation in immigration matters before EOIR and the BIA.
Prepare and file motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Represent clients at hearings and assist in preparing client testimony.
Research complex immigration issues and develop case strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Prepare and submit affirmative applications before USCIS.
Collect, review, and organize evidence in support of various applications for relief.

Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE).
