Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on evolving immigration laws and policies.
Draft clear, persuasive legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, motions, and correspondence.
Advise clients on immigration options, eligibility requirements, and procedural steps while maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases
Assist with legal administrative tasks including case management, document review, and maintaining accurate records in our law office systems.

Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
Prior experience practicing immigration law is highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce precise legal drafting.
Ability to advocate effectively for clients in high-stakes situations.
Experience handling litigation or administrative hearings is advantageous.
