About You:
- You have 2-6 years of health care experience;
- You have experience in advising clients on complex health care regulatory issues (including fraud and abuse, Stark Law, HIPPA, licensure and reimbursement matters);
- You have experience in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving health care entities;
- You enjoy working in a team environment and seek opportunities to work on a broad range of regulatory matters and business transactions in the health care industry;
- You have the ability to interact with government regulators;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
