Description:

  • Review, revise, negotiate and maintain active and potential contracts with third parties.
  • Manage corporate governing documents for all entities within the larger corporate structure.
  • Provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Track and maintain licenses in good standing with applicable local and state requirements.
  • Maintain legal SOPs and entity structure charts to be shared with other departments within the organization.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in either a law firm setting or working in-house.
