We are seeking an experienced and talented attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role assisting the General Counsel to build the Legal function, developing legal processes and workflows, and providing guidance to senior leaders on complex legal issues. This role requires experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties:

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
Review and provide input on responding to RFPs
Develop, implement, and improve contracting policies and procedures
Prepare and updated form contracts
Assess legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities
Assist in preparation of board and committee presentations and other materials
Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters
Stay up-to-date with healthcare laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local laws
