We are an Tyler-based family law firm seeking an associate attorney to handle a docket of divorce, custody, support, and modification cases.

This position involves managing cases from start to finish. The associate will meet with clients, develop case strategy, draft pleadings and orders, prepare for hearings, and appear in court. The expectation is that you take ownership of your cases, stay organized, and follow through.

We operate as a team and provide support where needed. You should be comfortable handling responsibility and making progress on your cases.

Our billable requirement is reasonable by design. We value consistent, high-quality work and good client service. The goal is to maintain a sustainable practice.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Texas. Family law experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with other litigation experience who are prepared to transition into this area.

Compensation includes a base salary in the $80,000 to $120,000 range depending on experience, along with discretionary bonuses and additional bonuses tied to consultations.
