An Estate Planning Attorney in Overland Park, Kansas is looking for an outgoing, driven Associate Attorney to join our Estate Planning/Elder Law practice. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client consultations with warmth and confidence
Develop customized estate plans based on client goals
Work closely with assigned paralegals and case managers
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Participate in the firm's networking efforts & workshops

What We're Looking For:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Kansas State Bar license (required) with anticipation of becoming Missouri State licensed
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
A drive for personal and professional success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
