Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning
- Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies
- Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters
- Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions
- Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools
- Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education
- Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Indiana
- Minimum of three years of Medicaid planning experience preferred
- Elder law and estate planning experience strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Organized, compassionate, and client-focused approach to service
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning
Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000
