What Success Looks Like In This Role
The attorney in this position will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families seeking guidance in elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, probate, and trust administration matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications
Performance-based bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning
Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies
Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters
Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions
Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools
Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education
Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
