The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Staff Attorney to support our Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Practice Group.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, including conducting legal research, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions
  • A good academic record, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Indiana licensure or ability to obtain Indiana licensure

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$105,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Candidates should be aware that this position is distinct from an associate position and is not considered on track for advancement to partnership. This position is eligible for a flexible/reduced work schedule and/or remote work opportunities.
