As Associate Counsel, you'll play a key role in managing litigation and disputes, supporting data privacy initiatives, and contributing to the evolution of Pega's legal operations. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping resolve complex issues and shaping the company's approach to legal risk and compliance.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead and support litigation and dispute resolution, including strategy, discovery, and third-party requests.
- Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance, including impact assessments and regulatory tracking.
- Collaborate across the global legal team to align processes and deliver exceptional support to the business.
Who You Are:
You're a proactive, collaborative legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're passionate about continuous learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to a high-performing team.
What You've Accomplished:
- Juris Doctorate and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Massachusetts preferred).
- 3+ years of legal experience, ideally with training and experience in a law firm setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with litigation, data privacy, and cross-functional collaboration
