$120,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

Summary:
The Attorney will support the Legal Department in providing legal advice and services across the company's operations. This position will focus on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters and assist in supporting the company's transition as a newly public defense contractor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including government and commercial agreements.
  • Support corporate governance and securities filings.
  • Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations and risk management.
  • Assist with ethics and compliance initiatives, training, and investigations.
  • Support the General Counsel in advising senior management and the Board on legal issues.

Education & Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or government contracts environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
