Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our esteemed law firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active NJ state bar membership.
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney.
- Deep understanding of transactional law.
- Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
