A Business, Criminal Defense, Environment and Water, Litigation & Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 5+ year's of experience in complex commercial litigation, specific experience in construction litigation and employment a plus for our San Diego office. Preferred candidates will have experience across many facets of litigation, including legal research and writing, written discovery, electronic discovery, taking and defending depositions, PMK's, expert discovery, mediation, and trial.This is a hybrid position for our San Diego California office. Candidates must be licensed in California and be willing to commute to office as needed.
This position will provide the associate with the opportunity to take a significant role in complex litigation matters with a growing and supportive team.
