Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience.
- Proven trial experience with successful outcomes.
- Leadership mindset for leadership opportunities.
- Thorough understanding of how to manage clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel in an effective, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a docket of personal injury cases, including auto/trucking, malpractice and premises liability.
- Conduct civil discovery, depositions, develop case strategy, and prepare for trials and mediations.
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- A passion for being a Plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of office technology, experience with Filevine and Lead Docket.
