Associate/Of Counsel/Partner Litigation
We are a busy medical malpractice defense firm with a need to hire a few attorneys from associate to partner level. Prior civil litigation experience. Responsibilities will include research and preparation of briefs and motions, attending expert depositions, court appearances, drafting discovery, trial, etc. We are looking for a candidate with strong writing and organizational abilities. Prior medical malpractice would ideal.
We offer a collegial, relaxed and professional atmosphere. We are looking for someone to be full time but would consider part-time/hourly for the right candidate.
