The Transactional, Commercial Real Estate and Litigation group is seeking an experienced attorney who has worked on commercial real estate transactions for four to five years to provide support in the transactional commercial real estate practice area.
Requirements:
Experience & Requirements
- 4-5 years Transactional RE experience at a mid/large firm
- Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. Required; Maryland (Preferred but not required)
- 1,650 annual billable hours required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and driven
