Recoba Law Office is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team in Florida.

Prior attorney experience is not required, although it is preferred. We are open to candidates who are beginning their legal careers and are eager to learn, develop strong litigation skills, and gain meaningful hands-on experience.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly on active cases and develop practical experience that goes beyond traditional entry-level legal work.

What You'll Learn & Experience

Hands-on courtroom and trial experience
Training and mentorship in litigation and case strategy
Preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Drafting and reviewing motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Client communication and case management
Discovery and evidence preparation
Direct exposure to Family Law and Criminal Defense matters
Opportunities to attend and participate in court proceedings
Guidance from an experienced trial attorney

What We're Looking For:

Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar
Strong interest in litigation and courtroom practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced law firm
Spanish is preferred.
Prior Family Law, Criminal Defense, or litigation experience is preferred but not required
