We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our high- volume, residential real estate practice in Middle Tennessee. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in multi-tasking and enjoys fast-paced transactional work, problem-solving, and building client relationships in a supportive team setting. Responsibilities include:

Managing residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Reviewing and drafting purchase agreements, deeds, and closing documents
Conducting residential real estate closings
Resolving title and survey issues
Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, lenders, and realtors

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a licensed law school
Active Tennessee law license or pending admission
Residential real estate experience preferred, not required. Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills
