Overview:We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our high-volume commercial real estate practice in Middle Tennessee. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment and enjoys sophisticated deal work, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships within a supportive team setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing instruments
- Reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning matters, and due diligence materials
- Coordinating commercial real estate closings
- Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, lenders, brokers, and other professionals
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Tennessee law license or pending admission
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a high-volume practice
