Oliver-Zhang Law is a top-rated DC boutique firm dedicated to client-centered practice. We are seeking a highly motivated attorney licensed to practice either in DC or a jurisdiction with reciprocity with DC to assist with pharmaceutical drug product liability, consumer protection, personal injury litigation, and various other casework. Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is preferred but not required. Virginia bar is not required but deemed as a plus.One or more years of experience in consumer protection, personal injury litigation, motions practice, discovery, and trial work are strongly preferred. Other background in immigration law, medical malpractice, or family law is helpful. We are seeking candidates with excellent legal writing and communication skill with a track record of success in motions practice.

Starting salary is $80,000 per year. This is a remote position, but in-person attendance may be required as needed. No benefits are offered.
