Toner Law, a boutique real estate law firm in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join our growing team.We focus on real estate, civil litigation and land development - and we're looking for a sharp, driven attorney who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (Required)
- New Jersey bar admission is strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (real estate litigation a plus)
- Comfortable managing cases independently
- Courtroom experience: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings
- Interest in real estate, civil litigation and land development
- Experience with:
- Quiet Title Actions
- Act 135 Conservatorships
- Failure to Disclose cases
