The Buffalo office of A Full-Service Law Firm Based in Buffalo, New York is seeking a well-credentialed commercial real estate associate with 1-5 years of broad commercial real estate experience or corporate experience to join our growing firm and sophisticated real estate practice.Strong communication skills are required. An ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents and closing documents. Experience reviewing and resolving title and survey issues is preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills are also required. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for immediate, direct, client contact.
