We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense cases.
Must be barred in New Jersey.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 0-3 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense litigation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
