We're a plaintiff personal injury firm looking for a Nevada-licensed attorney to carry a litigation caseload â motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking, and general negligence matters. Newer attorneys are encouraged to apply: you'll get real files, real courtroom time, and support from claims managers and staff as you grow into them.
What You'll Do:
- Manage cases from workup through resolution or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research
- Take and defend depositions; handle hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for trial and second-chair or lead as appropriate

Requirements:
- Active Nevada bar membership in good standing
- Civil litigation experience welcome but not required; insurance defense background a plus
- Solid writing, negotiation, and courtroom instincts
- Eager to own a caseload, with mentorship along the way
Salary Description
$85k - $150k DOE
