Responsibilities:

Conduct Legal Research Using Tools Such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Draft Legal Documents Including Pleadings, Motions, and Briefs.
Assist in Case Preparation and Trial Proceedings.
Communicate with Clients, Attorneys, and Court Personnel.
Stay Updated on Relevant Laws and Regulations.
Utilize Writing Skills to Prepare Correspondence and Reports.
Handle Administrative Tasks to Support the Legal Team.

Qualifications:

Strong Legal Research Skills Using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Proficient in Legal Drafting and Writing
Experience Working in A Law Office Environment
Familiarity with Estate Planning, Environmental Law, and Other Premium Legal Areas
Ability to Negotiate Effectively and Apply Relevant Laws
Legal Administrative Experience Is a Plus

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per Year
