Prominent Los Angeles plaintiff law firm looking for a Workers Comp Attorney. We emphasize a strong, family minded work culture predicated on respect, honesty, empathy and passion. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, ask questions and to take pride in their work.- 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation. (Preferred but not mandatory)
- California Bar licensure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, writing, and legal research.
- Knowledge of WCAB court rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree and current good standing with CA State bar is required
- Working knowledge of Worker's Compensation laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills
- Superior analytical and legal research skills Must possess excellent interpersonal and social skills;
