What You'll Do:

Litigation & Advocacy
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
Prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings
Develop litigation strategy with Partners
Advocate on behalf of clients throughout every stage of litigation
Discovery
Draft written discovery
Prepare subpoenas and deficiency letters
Review documents produced in discovery
Assist with responding to discovery served on clients
Legal Writing & Case Development
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research
Analyze complex legal issues
Support case strategy through persuasive written advocacy
Settlement & Resolution
Participate in settlement negotiations
Attend mediations and settlement conferences
Evaluate cases for resolution opportunities
Work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
These responsibilities reflect the firm's litigation, briefing, and settlement functions. Specific assignments vary by role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $125,000–$200,000, depending on experience
Signing bonus
