What You'll Do:
  • Litigation & Advocacy
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings
  • Develop litigation strategy with Partners
  • Advocate on behalf of clients throughout every stage of litigation
  • Discovery
  • Draft written discovery
  • Prepare subpoenas and deficiency letters
  • Review documents produced in discovery
  • Assist with responding to discovery served on clients
  • Legal Writing & Case Development
  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other litigation documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Analyze complex legal issues
  • Support case strategy through persuasive written advocacy
  • Settlement & Resolution
  • Participate in settlement negotiations
  • Attend mediations and settlement conferences
  • Evaluate cases for resolution opportunities
  • Work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
  • These responsibilities reflect the firm's litigation, briefing, and settlement functions. Specific assignments vary by role.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $125,000–$200,000, depending on experience

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of two year of litigation experience
  • Wage and hour experience is not required
  • Experience handling depositions and court appearances
  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation software
