Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support litigation strategy
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and persuasive arguments; strong analytical skills are essential.
- Prepare and respond to interrogatories, disclosures, depositions, document production and related tasks.
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials; assist senior attorneys in trial preparation.
- Proficiency in communicating in a clear, logical manner with clients, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel. Provide updates, gather information, and advise clients on legal rights and case strategy.
- Ability to analyze case law, statutes, and facts to support strategic decisions.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Arizona, and in good standing.
- 0-3 Years of litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in insurance defense, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation preferred.
Working Conditions:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (typical office or administrative work).
Physical Requirements:
