Description:

Criminal Defense Attorney – Courtroom-Focused Opportunity

Phoenix, Arizona | Hybrid Flexibility | $120K–$150K + Bonus

Some firms overload attorneys with paperwork.
Some keep associates behind the scenes.
Some promise mentorship but deliver isolation and burnout.

This opportunity is different.

  • enjoys being in court regularly
  • values mentorship and autonomy
  • thrives in a collaborative boutique environment

What You'll Actually Experience Here
  • Frequent courtroom appearances and litigation opportunities
  • Direct mentorship from the managing attorney
  • Real ownership over your cases and strategy
  • A collaborative boutique environment with less bureaucracy
  • Exposure to a wide variety of misdemeanor and criminal defense matters
