A Transactions & Litigation Law Firm, is a young, energetic, Tampa Bay general practice firm. The firm is located in downtown Dade City, Florida, and many of the firm's clients are in St. Pete and Tampa. For this reason, candidates are not required to relocate or commute to Dade City. However, the selected candidate must be local to Tampa Bay in order to cover court hearings and meet with clients, and workspace can be provided in Dade City or the greater Tampa Bay metro area.The firm seeks an associate attorney who has experience in family law and/or general civil litigation. However, recent graduates are welcome to apply. Intelligence and a problem solving attitude is a must. As training and experience permit, the new associate will have the opportunity to practice in a wide range of areas, in both federal and state court.
Attorneys of the firm are expected to achieve the highest level of ethical practice. The firm focuses on long-term growth as opposed to short-term financial gain. There is no billable hour requirement, and the firm places a premium on effective and creative advocacy, to include the use of technology to achieve efficient results for clients.
