Description:Experienced Personal Injury & Real Estate Attorneys is seeking a full time Associate Attorney to assist in the management and litigation of its busy and growing Criminal Defense practice. This attorney will be based in the firm's main office in Orlando, and will handle all manner of criminal cases, including felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, criminal traffic and traffic cases in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Polk & Sumter counties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience litigating criminal matters;
- Significant prior trial experience at the felony level;
- Ability and willingness to travel to Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Polk & Sumter counties from Orlando as necessary to manage the caseload;
- Former public sector experience is preferred;
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
