We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team.The Role:
The Litigation Associate will work closely with the partners and paralegals to handle a caseload with a focus on product liability and transportation-related defense litigation. These cases often involve accident investigations through litigation and trial. This position offers substantial responsibility and courtroom exposure, including:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts
- Managing case strategy and day-to-day litigation activity
- Reporting directly to the clients and collaborating with in-house counsel
- Collaborating directly with partners and clients on complex matters

Qualifications:
- Two or more years of civil defense litigation experience with experience taking depositions or appearing in court.
- Licensed to practice in Missouri or Illinois.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in product liability and transportation litigation.
- Exceptional analytical and legal writing skills.
- Experience with dispositive motion practice in state and federal courts
