Our Office
We take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We have an established family-law practice and an intentionally comfortable, approachable office environment. Clients frequently tell us that the relaxed atmosphere makes it easier to talk openly about difficult and personal issues.
We care deeply about our clients and value preparation, professionalism, good judgment, and excellent legal representation—without unnecessary formality.
As a small firm, we offer developing attorneys something that can be difficult to find: direct client relationships, meaningful courtroom experience, increasing responsibility, mentoring and support, and the opportunity to develop their own style as an attorney.
We are looking for someone who appreciates that balance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Anticipated total compensation: $75,000–$125,000+, based on experience and production.
The position includes a $55,000 guaranteed base salary plus substantial production-based compensation. Our compensation structure is transparent and tied directly to collected revenue, providing significant earning potential as an attorney develops their practice.
Benefits include:
- 3% employer retirement contribution match
- Paid time off and holidays
- Professional development and mentoring
- Firm-paid State Bar dues and continuing legal education
- Reasonable schedule flexibility consistent with court appearances, client responsibilities, and the needs of the practice
