Warren Allen LLP is growing and seeks another associate to join our landlord/tenant team. We are a well-established Portland firm, AV-rated, and enjoy a premier (Cascade Station) location!We are looking for candidates with up to two years of legal experience, with consideration provided for internships, externships, and clerkships.
Warren Allen represents housing providers throughout Washington and Oregon. Our landlord-side practice is fast-paced, varied, and dynamic, with regular court appearances required. Successful associates will not only have solid research and writing skills, but will also be comfortable in court, team-oriented, able to multitask, and care about our clients. Associates may occasionally work on general civil litigation matters in addition to landlord/tenant cases. This is an in-office position.
Washington State Bar admission is mandatory. Oregon State Bar admission is beneficial.
Although an initial salary range may be published with this ad, the actual initial salary varies depending upon experience. We provide bonus opportunities and other benefits in addition to base salaries.
