Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis & Klam PLLC is an award winning, Tier 1 Ranked and AV Rated family law firm in Tysons. We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our growing and vibrant legal practice. We are looking for applicants who either have family law experience or a have strong interest in practicing family law.Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Attend client meetings and communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association and in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
