- Handle personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Work closely with clients and help guide them through the legal process
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset
