Busy local law firm looking for an attorney to join the team.

Requirements:

Knowledge in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Active license to practice law in Arizona

Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide clients through bankruptcy proceedings
Conduct thorough case assessments and provide strategic legal advice
Review and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other necessary documents
Represent clients in 341 hearings, reaffirmation hearings, confirmation hearings and more
