Position Overview:The Associate Attorney position is based in our Tampa office. As an Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to our clients, and you will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in client communication. The position requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in one of the following areas:
- Personal Injury (Bodily Injury)
- Premises Liability
- Appellate/Trial Support
- Admiralty/Maritime Law
- Ability to manage case load and litigation staff
- Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
