Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at An Employment Law & Civil Rights Attorney Law Firm The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and practicing labor and employment law.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing legal advice and conducting legal research
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission
- Experience in employment litigation is a plus
