Law firm is seeking to hire a licensed attorney with zero to five (0-5) years of experience in civil litigation for an associate lawyer position. Candidates must possess strong legal writing skills, have an interest in civil litigation and trial work. This position will entail work in a varied and fast-moving practice involving defending everything from personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction defect, real estate, estate planning, and other general litigation. It is a great opportunity for an aspiring litigator who is interested in getting hands-on experience and training in multiple types of civil litigation from trial though appeal. Must have desire and ambition for litigation.
