What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a docket of auto injury cases from intake through resolution
- Lead all aspects of litigation: depositions, motion practice, legal research, writing, negotiations, and trials.
- Deliver top-tier service to our clients through proactive communication and care.
- Collaborate with an experienced, upbeat, and supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes
What you bring to the table:
Legal skills:
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the State of Michigan.
- 1+ years of experience in auto law and personal injury.
- Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and advocacy.
- Strong legal writing and research abilities.
- Familiarity with case management software (bonus points if you're already a tech whiz).
People & Performance
- Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay cool, composed, and effective under pressure.
- A natural relationship-builder who works well with clients, colleagues, and insurance adjusters alike.
