About the Job:A fast-paced law-firm with an entrepreneurial spirit seeking an experienced attorney to contribute to its Litigation practice in West Michigan. We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Draft litigation documents, attend depositions and court hearings as necessary.
- Networking and community involvement to grown personal practice and develop clientele.
- Research laws, legal opinions, and regulations relevant to needs of client.
- Assist senior attorneys in drafting legal documents.
- Assist clients in drafting documents related to their estate.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated academic excellence.
- Communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office.
- Licensed, or able to be licensed soon, in Michigan.
