A Law Firm, an established AV-rated firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join our reputable insurance subrogation practice. Experience is preferred, but all interested applicants are encouraged to apply. The qualifications for the position include:- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Identifying potential theories of liability
- Drafting related correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
- Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
- Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
- Understanding insurance coverages, recoverable damages, and current law
