If so, this may be the job for you. Truck Accident Attorneys is hiring an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will support an experienced Partner at the firm and support multiple aspects of the partner's docket to ensure the cases move forward efficiently to provide the highest and best outcome for our clients. The Associate Attorney's job duties include:
Reviewing and responding to written discovery, conferring on discovery disputes, and attending discovery hearings;
Researching and writing memoranda and/or motions and presenting the argument to the Partner or to a court;
Analyzing key documents and medical records and preparing detailed summaries or motions;
Communicating with the Partners, clients, and witnesses in an efficient and meaningful way.
We are looking for an attorney licensed in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate has 2– 5 years' experience as an attorney. The position requires considerable travel, as the dockets include cases throughout the State of Texas.
The ideal candidate would also be:
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks;
- Able to communicate with the Partners and clients efficiently and often;
- Receptive to continuous training and coaching;
- Able to work on a team and be a team-player;
- Well-organized;
- Willing to take initiative to complete projects; and,
- Dedicated to producing excellent results.
