Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategy
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trial
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- License to practice in Missouri
- 2+ years of experience (family law preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and litigation skills
- Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
