Description:
Jenkins Bagley Sperry is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of municipal law experience to join our St. George office.This unique position offers the opportunity to serve as legal counsel to Toquerville City, spending approximately half of your practice advising the City on governance, land use, development, and municipal matters. The remainder of your practice will include community association (HOA), real estate, land use, and civil litigation.

What You'll Do:
- Advise Toquerville City on municipal governance, land use, and development matters
- Attend municipal meetings and assist with appeal authority proceedings
- Represent HOA and real estate clients
- Draft ordinances, resolutions, contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions
- Handle litigation, mediations, and administrative proceedings
What We're Looking For:
- Active member of the Utah State Bar
- 2+ years of municipal law experience
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Experience in real estate, HOA law, land use, or civil litigation is a plus
