We are seeking an attorney who is hungry, aggressive, and ready for their own case load. Our practice consists mainly around real estate, business, and probate/estate planning.Our legal staff currently consists of 4 attorneys (3 full time, 1 of counsel) and 2 legal assistants. Our office operates out of a stand alone building along with a title company which is owned by the same principals and has its own staff. The customers and clients overlap.
0-5 years experience preferred. You will be expected to learn fast, communicate with clients, draft motions and pleadings, negotiate with opposing counsel, and make court appearances. Please submit a writing sample along with your resume.
