with our team. Personal injury experience is a plus but is not required
for this position. Our attorney team consists of nine lawyers, three who
each have over twenty-years of experience litigation high-value
personal injury and wrongful death cases. All who have obtained
seven-figure case results for injured clients and are happy to guide and
teach younger lawyers. Lawyers in the firm do not have a cap on their
earnings ability because we have a fee based bonus structure that
applies to all our lawyers who handle a caseload. Earning mid-six
figures is doable for our most productive attorneys.
Our Musts - You must be a highly motivated and willing to work hard. You must be a team player and see value in working as a team rather than individually. You must have a good attitude and work well with others. You must be excellent at customer service and see value in truly serving others. You must be drama free!
This is not a forty-hour per week position. It takes about fifty hours per week to deliver for your clients within our firm because we require attorneys to communicate with clients monthly and we require attorneys to actually do legal work on their cases. You will have a great team to support you, but you are the attorney responsible for the case. Our lawyers do not hold a special place within the firm. They are simply part of the team. They are an important part of the team, but so is everyone else who is on the team.
