We are a busy business law firm focused on transactions and trademarks, looking for an Associate Attorney. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience drafting contracts, familiarity with business law, corporate structure, purchase agreements and client contact.
Our new associate must be extremely detail oriented, trustworthy and want to do a super job for our business clients.
This is an ideal position for someone with a positive disposition who would like to work with pleasant clients and loves to do legal work. No rain making required.
This is a small firm, so to be candid, there is no "partnership track." In exchange, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do great legal work, work remotely, not be micro-managed, be paid according to output/effort, and be part of a growing team while working with nice clients and interesting issues. You will have considerable client contact and be responsible for running your matters soup to nuts. We are not looking for someone currently running their own firm, or looking to start their own firm. This is a great position for someone that wants to do legal work and not be bogged down by ownership details.
