About the Job:Well known Midtown Manhattan Plaintiff's litigation firm seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation. The position the firm is seeking to fill is for an associate to handle a caseload of personal injury cases, make court appearances, take and defend depositions, write and argue motions and engage in discovery. Candidate will also have opportunity to gain trial experience if desired. Salary is commensurate with experience. References are a plus.
